Just took paternity leave and it was the best decision of my life

Took 6 weeks off when my second son was born and holy crap, I wish I'd done this with my first. Got to see him hit all those early milestones, my wife actually got real rest instead of me leaving her alone, and I learned that I'm not actually that important at work. They survived without me. I'm telling every new dad I know to take the time. Don't let anyone make you feel guilty about it.
