Just went back from paternity leave and already regretting it

So I'm 2 weeks back from 8 weeks paternity leave and I'm dying. My company is "flexible" with remote work but that means I'm expected to be on camera all day and still handle bedtimes and diaper changes. Yesterday I had a VP meeting right at 5pm and my son decided that was the perfect time to have a complete meltdown. Had to mute myself and pretend I was on mute while I got him calmed down. Anyone else struggling with this? The leave was amazing but coming back feels like someone flipped a switch from dad mode to work mode and I can't find the dimmer.
