Just Went Back to Office After 6 Months WFH and I'm Dying

Company ended remote work policy. I'm in the office 5 days now and it's destroying my mental health. Miss my kids at lunch, miss being there when they get home from school, miss everything. My wife works full time too so we're both stressed. Paying for aftercare that costs as much as my car payment. Anyone else dealing with this? How do you handle it without resenting your job?
