Just went back to work after 2 weeks paternity leave and I'm dying

Man I knew it would be hard but holy crap. Two weeks with my newborn and now I'm back to 8 hour days and meetings. My wife is exhausted, I'm exhausted, and I feel like I'm letting everyone down. The worst part is I have to travel next month for a client meeting. How did you guys handle coming back? Does it get easier?
