I get the job done and all my projects are on time but my boss keeps scheduling calls at 3:45pm like she's testing me. When I have to bow out she makes these comments about commitment. This is ridiculous. I'm a good employee AND a good dad but apparently that's suspicious? Trying not to blow up but getting tired of this.
That's totally disrespectful and honestly sounds deliberate. You're delivering results on time which is what matters. Some bosses just don't get that being a present parent and being a good employee aren't mutually exclusive.
