My boss just asked me to lead a project that requires 60+ hours a week

Got the call yesterday. Big promotion, big money, but it means I'd basically never see my kids during the week. My youngest is 4 and still asks why daddy works so much. I told my boss I need to think about it but honestly I'm torn. The financial security would be huge but I already miss so much. Anyone else been at this crossroads? How did you decide?
