My job is killing me and I don't know what to do

Been at this company for 6 years and the last 2 have been brutal. They keep piling on more work without hiring more people. I'm working until 8 or 9 most nights which means I miss putting the kids to bed like 4 days a week. My wife is frustrated, I'm exhausted, and I feel like I'm failing at both work and being a dad. Started putting out feelers for other jobs but the market is rough right now. Anyone else been stuck like this?

That's brutal dude. Six years of loyalty and they repay you with more work? Time to either have a real conversation with management or dust off the resume. You deserve better.
