I've been out for 3 months and I go back next week. I feel like I just got to know my daughter and now I have to leave her all day. My wife will be home with her but I feel guilty about missing all the day stuff. Anyone else struggled with going back after leave? How did you handle the adjustment?
WFH here and honestly it's a game changer when you can be home even part of the day. Not sure if your job allows it, but maybe worth exploring a hybrid situation once you're back?
