Paternity leave coming up - what should I expect?

Taking 4 weeks of paternity leave when baby #2 arrives next month. This will be my second time around but I'm still nervous about how it'll go with a toddler in the house too. My company is cool with it but I'm worried about coming back and being behind on projects. Any dads here have advice on making the most of those weeks without stressing about work?

Four weeks is solid. My advice: lower your expectations on everything else and just focus on being present. Coffee will be your best friend, and that's okay.

The hardest part is managing the older one's feelings about the new baby. Try to carve out some one-on-one time with them, even if it's just a quick walk around the block.

You got this man, second time around you already know the basics. Just remember to be patient with yourself and your older kid while you're adjusting to the newborn chaos.
