Paternity leave question - 4 weeks or 8 weeks?

Our third kid is due in 3 months and my company is letting me take either 4 or 8 weeks paid paternity leave. My wife thinks I should take the full 8 but honestly that feels like a lot to be out of the office. I'll lose momentum on two major projects and my team will have to pick up the slack. Part of me knows 8 weeks would be amazing with the baby and the other kids but I keep thinking about work stuff. Is this a no brainer that I should take the full time? Am I being stupid here?
