Paternity leave - thinking about taking it

Baby number 3 is coming in about 6 weeks. Company offers 4 weeks paid paternity leave and honestly I'm thinking of taking all of it. Wife is planning to take 12 weeks. We can swing it financially and I feel like I missed out on a lot of the early stuff with the first two since I was grinding so hard. My manager hinted that it might look bad if I take that long, that people might see me as not committed. Is that still really a thing in 2024? My dad worked his whole life and never saw us as babies basically. I don't want to be that guy. Should I just go for it?
