Paternity leave was the best and worst thing
Just went back after 3 months with my second kid. Bonding time was incredible but now I'm terrified I'm gonna miss everything. Got some flexibility worked out but I still feel guilty. Also my brain feels scrambled like I forgot how to work. Anyone else deal with this transition?
Honestly the transition back is the hardest part. Give yourself two weeks to find the rhythm again. You've done this before and you'll do it again. But those three months with your kid? That's permanent.
I'm about to go back in a few weeks and this is what I'm terrified of. How bad did it actually get? Like are you struggling with the kids at night now or is it just adjusting to work load?
