Paternity leave was the best decision I ever made

Took 3 months off when my second was born and bonded with him in a way I didn't with my first. Wife went back to work after 6 weeks and I realized how much work parenting actually is. Made me respect what she does and made me a better dad. If your job offers it, take it. Seriously.
