Paternity leave was the best decision we ever made

Took 8 weeks when our second was born and I don't regret a single day. My company gave me push back at first but I had to explain this was happening. Those 2 months I learned how to change diapers, handle 3am feedings solo, and actually bond with my newborn instead of getting the cliff notes from my wife. Being present matters more than proving yourself at work. Don't let anyone make you feel bad about prioritizing your family. This is what matters.
