Poll: Would you actually take a job with true 40-hour weeks?

So I got recruited for a role that explicitly caps hours at 40/week max, slightly lower pay than I make now, but fully remote. On paper it sounds perfect. But part of me is like... would I even know what to do with 15 extra hours a week? And would I feel weird being the person who actually leaves at 5pm when everyone else is working til 7? I know this is a stupid anxiety but like, is anyone actually happy with a "normal" job or does it feel like you're leaving money/opportunity on the table? What would actually make you take a step back?
