Remote work and the guilt is real

So I've been working from home for 2 years now and I'm supposed to feel grateful right? But honestly the lines are so blurry. My kids know I'm home so they keep knocking on the door, my wife expects me to help with stuff during the day, and I'm working until 8pm most nights just to catch up. Anybody else struggle with this? How do you set boundaries?

Man, I feel this. My kids are constantly knocking on the door asking if I'm done working yet even though I explained I'm in meetings. The guilt of being physically here but mentally unavailable is tough to shake.
