Been working from home for 2 years now and I don't think I could go back to the office. I get to see my kids at lunch, help with homework, be present for the little moments. Yeah the lines blur between work and home but honestly I'd rather have it this way. Anyone else make the switch and never looked back?
This has been huge for me too. Being home means I actually get to have lunch with my kids instead of eating at my desk. The flexibility to help with homework or just be present is game changing.
Completely agree. I can't imagine going back to the office five days a week now. How many days a week are you working from home? We do three days remote and it's the sweet spot for us.
The trade-off for us has been blurred work-life boundaries but honestly I'd take that over missing school pickups. You really do get to see so much more of their day.

Just curious what field you're in? Been trying to convince my company they should let me do remote but they're old school about it.
