Remote work changed everything for me
Been working from home for 3 years now and I can't imagine going back to an office. I eat lunch with my kids, I'm there for school pickups, and honestly my work output is better because I'm not stressed about daycare. My company is trying to force people back 3 days a week and I'm already looking at other jobs. This might be a dealbreaker for me. Anyone else in this boat or am I crazy?
What's the setup like for you? I'm wondering if I could pitch this to my boss but I'm worried about getting taken seriously. Do you find people think you're not actually working if you're home?
