Remote work changed everything for our family
Been working from home for 2 years now and honestly I don't know how I'd go back to the office full time. I get to see my kids before and after school, eat lunch with my family, and I'm way less stressed about commute traffic. The lines between work and home blur sometimes but the flexibility is worth it. Any other remote dads? How do you keep work from taking over everything?
Remote work with three kids at home sounds chaotic though. How do you actually focus on work when they're there? Or do you have some kind of setup where they know not to interrupt during work hours?
