Remote work changed everything for our family

Still can't believe my company let me go full remote last year. I was skeptical at first but honestly it's been amazing. I can have lunch with my kids, I'm here when they get home from school, and I actually get to see them before bedtime. Yeah sometimes I'm on calls while they're yelling in the background but it beats sitting in traffic for 2 hours every day. My productivity hasn't dropped either which surprised everyone including me.
