Remote work destroying my work-life balance

So I thought working from home would be perfect. I'd be around the kids more, less commute, seemed like a win. But now my boss expects me to answer emails at 9pm and my 4 year old thinks my office door being closed means I'm available to play. My wife is frustrated because she thinks I'm just sitting around all day. I'm more stressed than I ever was in the office. Anyone else dealing with this? How do you actually set boundaries when your home IS your office?

Yeah, the work from home trap is real. You gotta set hard boundaries with your boss about when you're available and when you're actually parenting. Coffee helps but boundaries help more.
