Remote work has been a game changer
Started working from home last year and I'm not gonna lie, it's been amazing for the family. I can do school pickup, make lunch with my kids, and still hit my deadlines. My boss doesn't care when I work as long as stuff gets done. Obviously some days are chaos but I wouldn't trade it. Anyone else in this situation? How do you manage the boundaries between home and work?
Remote work saved my sanity during the custody transitions. Being flexible with pickups and drop-offs means less stress all around. The kids notice you're more present too.
