Remote work has been a game changer for us

Just wanted to say that being able to work from home since the baby came has honestly saved my sanity. I can be upstairs if my wife needs me, I get to see my son throughout the day, and I'm not losing 2 hours a day to commuting. Yeah I still work full days but at least I'm present. Anyone else find remote work way better for their family life?

This is huge. When I could work from home after my daughter was born, I actually felt like I was part of her day instead of just seeing her at night.

Remote work has been huge for me too with the two kids. Being able to help out during the day makes such a difference in how present I can actually be.
