Remote work has been a game changer for us
Been WFH for about 18 months now and honestly the ability to eat lunch with my kids and be around for the school pickup has made me a better dad and probably less stressed overall. Even though I'm technically working more hours since I never leave the office. Saving 2 hours commuting time daily. Anyone else find remote work actually helps with work-life balance or am I just lucky?
WFH is a cheat code if your workplace trusts you to get the work done. Being able to pop up and grab lunch with my kids has been incredible for our relationship.
