Remote work is a double edged sword

Being home with the family is amazing but everyone thinks because I'm here I can just watch the kids whenever. My wife had a doctor appointment yesterday and I got asked to cover it. I told her I had back to back meetings and it turned into a whole thing. Love being home but the boundaries are really blurry. Anyone else deal with this?
