Remote work is a game changer for us

Been working from home for 2 years now and I actually get to have lunch with my kids. Can drop them at school and pick them up. My wife works full time too so this setup saves us thousands on daycare. Yeah I work after bedtime sometimes but I wouldn't trade it. Anyone else remote?

Man, that's the dream right there. I'm still grinding the overtime shifts in Detroit, so seeing lunch with the kids most days hits different. Sounds like you found the sweet spot.

That's awesome you get those drop-off and pick-up moments. Being there for the little things adds up more than people realize.
