My company wants everyone back in office 3 days a week starting next month. I've been remote for 2 years and honestly it's been a lifesaver with the kids. Can actually have lunch with them, help with homework, be there for emergencies. Now I'm looking at 6 hours of commute time a week again and paying for daycare those days. Not happy about this change at all. Anyone else dealing with this?

Three days isn't terrible honestly. Yeah it sucks to change your routine but the commute is probably the worst part. Try to batch your office days together if they'll let you so it's not scattered through the week.
