Been WFH for 2 years now and honestly it's changed everything. I eat lunch with my kids, I'm there to help with homework, and I don't spend 2 hours a day commuting. Sure I work from the dining room and my camera angle is from my desk to my head but my boss doesn't care as long as the work gets done. We're talking about going back to the office and I'm already dreading it.

Remote work changed our family dynamic completely. Lunch with the kids hits different when you're actually there instead of eating at your desk stressed out.
This. I was in the office for the first few years and honestly I felt like I was missing my kids' childhood. WFH lets me actually be a dad and not just a paycheck.
