Remote work killing my productivity with a 2 year old home

Anyone else struggling with this? My wife went back to work part time and now I'm supposed to watch our toddler while taking client calls. I've had to reschedule like 5 meetings this week because he decides 2pm is meltdown hour. My boss keeps saying 'just close your door' but the kid screams through it. Thinking about going back to the office 3 days a week just to get actual work done. The money is good but man this is stressful.

Two year olds and client calls don't mix. I started scheduling calls during his quiet time and it saved my sanity. Took trial and error but worth it.

Man I feel this. Had to coach my sons while working from home last year. Best advice is set boundaries with work and your toddler. Nap time is your golden hour.
