Remote work saved my life as a dad

Been fully remote for 3 years now. Can't imagine going back. I do school pickup, I'm home for lunch, I see my kids actually wake up in the morning instead of leaving before they're up. Yeah my work hours are less structured but I get more done because I'm not commuting 2 hours a day. My boss is cool about it, my company saves money on office space. Win win. Only thing is the work bleeding into home time but I'm getting better at turning off.
