Remote work saved my sanity

Since we went permanent WFH I've been able to eat lunch with my kids, help with homework right after school, and actually be present. Before this I was doing 90 minute commutes both ways and missing everything. Yeah I still work hard but now I'm not losing 3 hours a day to traffic. My work quality hasn't dropped at all. Don't let companies tell you remote doesn't work, they just like having you visible in the office for no reason.
