Remote work saved my sanity

Used to commute 45 minutes each way and barely saw the kids before bedtime. Now I work from home and can do lunch with my family, help with homework in the afternoon, and actually be present. My boss is cool with it as long as I get my work done, which I do. Yeah there's some blurred lines between work and home but I'd take that trade off any day. Anyone else found remote work is the real game changer?

That commute was brutal. 90 minutes a day is basically a second full-time job. Remote work changed everything for us too. Bedtime stories are actually a thing now instead of just hearing about them.
Same here. I used to miss so much. Now I'm actually part of the day instead of just showing up for the tail end of it.
