Been working from home for 2 years now and honestly I don't know how I'd survive commuting 45 minutes each way like I used to. Getting to eat lunch with my kids some days, being here when they get home from school, not missing stuff. Sure the line between work and home is blurry but I wouldn't trade it. Anyone else working remote and finding it way better for family life?
That lunch break thing is huge. Even just being home to grab a quick meal with them instead of sitting in traffic makes such a difference in the whole day.
