Remote work saved my sanity

Switched to full remote about a year ago and honestly it's been a game changer. I get to have lunch with my kids, be here when they get home from school, and my commute is 30 seconds. Sure I work until 8pm sometimes to catch up, but I wouldn't trade being around more for anything. If you have the option, seriously consider it.

This is exactly what I needed to hear. Two kids and the bedtime routine alone has been rough, so knowing remote work actually works is huge.
