Remote work saved my sanity but company wants us back

Been working from home for 2 years and now corporate is pushing everyone back to the office 3 days a week starting next month. I miss my kids during the day as it is and this commute is going to eat up another 10 hours a week. I actually like my job but I dont like my job THAT much. Thinking about job hunting but the market is insane right now. Anyone dealing with this?
