Remote work saved my sanity but my boss wants everyone back in office

Been working from home for 2 years. I get to have lunch with my kids, I'm there for school pickups, I can actually be present. Now corporate is mandating 3 days in office starting next month. I'm seriously considering looking for another job. The money isn't worth missing out on my kids growing up. Anyone else dealing with this RTO nightmare?

This is huge. The lunch with your kids thing alone is worth fighting for. I was in the office for years and missed so much. If your boss doesn't understand the value of a happy, balanced employee, that's on them.
Can you push back on full time office? Maybe hybrid? I've had luck with 2 days in office and it keeps management happy while still giving you that flexibility for school pickups.
