Remote work saved my sanity but my boss wants everyone back

Been WFH for 2 years now. Can do school pickup, have lunch with my oldest, see my kids before they go to bed. Productivity is the same if not better. Now upper management is pushing for 3 days in office starting next month. I'm legitimately considering leaving over this. Remote work has been life changing for me as a dad. The commute alone was eating 90 mins of my day. Anyone else fight this battle? How do I approach a conversation about staying remote?
