Remote work saved my sanity but now they want us back in office 3 days a week
Been working from home for 2 years and I've gotten to see my kids actually wake up, make them breakfast, be there for school pickup. The flexibility has been incredible for my mental health too. Now corporate is pushing everyone back to the office and I'm genuinely angry about it. We're already proving the work gets done remotely. This feels like management doesn't trust us and wants butt-in-seat time back. Anyone else dealing with this BS?
Man, I feel this. Those morning moments with the kids are gold and you can't get them back. Have you thought about pushing back with data on your productivity from home? My boss listens when I show actual results.
