Remote work saved my sanity
Been WFH for 3 years now and I can't imagine going back to an office. I get to have lunch with my kids, help with school pickups, and actually be present. Yeah I work later some nights but the flexibility is worth it. My company wants everyone back 3 days a week and I'm honestly considering looking elsewhere. Am I crazy for prioritizing this over a slightly higher salary?
I'm jealous. Our company is pushing hard for return to office and I'm dreading it. How did you convince your employer to let you stay remote long term?
