Remote work saving my sanity

Started working from home 3 months ago and honestly it's been a game changer. I get to see my kids at lunch, pick them up from school, be present. Yeah I work til 8pm sometimes to make up for it but the trade off is worth it. Anyone else doing remote full time? How are you setting boundaries?

Three months in and you're already seeing the wins. I've been doing this a couple years now with two kids and honestly picking them up from school beats any office perk. Glad you found what works.

That lunch thing is huge. With three kids here in Phoenix, I'm still trying to figure out how to make that work. Remote work sounds like a total game changer for actually being present.
