Remote work was a lifesaver during the pandemic but now I can't turn it off

Working from home full time for the last 3 years and I love being around for the kids but I literally work till 7 or 8 pm most nights because my office is 10 feet from the kitchen. No commute means I just keep going. Tried setting boundaries but it's not working. My boss expects emails at all hours. Anyone else dealing with this? How did you actually separate work life?
