Remote work with a 3yo is driving me insane

So I've been working from home for 2 years now and it was great at first, but my son just turned 3 and started refusing daycare some days. My wife works retail so she can't always pick him up. On those days I'm supposed to be in back-to-back client calls but he's screaming for snacks or a movie. Yesterday I had to mute during a board meeting because he was literally climbing my leg. How is anyone actually making this work? Do I just accept that my career is on pause for the next few years or am I missing something obvious?
