Remote work with a 3yo who won't nap - I'm losing it

Been working from home since my son turned 2 and it was fine when he was in preschool 3 days a week. But now he's home full time this summer and refuses to nap anymore. How are people actually getting work done? I've got back-to-back meetings and he's screaming for me every 10 minutes. My manager keeps asking why my projects are behind. Do I just... give up on naps? Let him watch iPad all day? I feel like I'm failing at both the job and parenting right now.
