Started buying used furniture and reselling it for extra cash. Making like $200-300/month on 5-6 hours of work. Question: does anyone else do this? Trying to figure out if I should scale it up or if that's just asking for stress I don't need. Currently got 2 kids (5 and 8) and a full-time job.
Are you using a storage space or just flipping out of your garage? That's the one thing holding me back from starting.
How long are you holding items before they sell on average? I'm worried about stuff just sitting around taking up space.
I tried Facebook Marketplace flipping for like a month and got burned on two pieces. People are brutal with returns. Maybe I just got unlucky though.
