Project deadline moved up two weeks and I've been a wreck. Eating junk constantly and not going to the gym. The stress is bleeding into home life too and I've been short with the kids over nothing. Anyone figured out how to actually manage stress instead of just complaining about it?

I feel you man. When I had that big client presentation last month, I went through an entire bag of chips in two days. Just started meal prepping on Sundays now so I have healthier stuff at my desk. Takes maybe an hour and saves my sanity during crunch time.
