Stress from job bleeding into family time
I work in sales and the pressure never stops. I come home and I'm so wound up that I snap at the kids over nothing. My 7 year old asked me to play catch and I told him I didn't have time. Then I sat on the couch scrolling my phone for an hour. I'm being the worst version of myself and my family is paying the price. How do you guys actually turn it off?
That's the hardest part about sales - you can't just leave it at the office. Your 7 year old wanting to play cat is actually the gift, even if it doesn't feel like it in the moment. Those snaps happen to all of us, just keep trying to reset.
