Stress from work is bleeding into home life and I hate it
Lost my temper at my kid over nothing yesterday and I feel like garbage. The project at work is a disaster, my boss is breathing down my neck, and I'm bringing that angry energy home. I used to be better at compartmentalizing but with two kids and a mortgage I feel like I'm failing at everything. Anyone got real strategies that actually work? Not the meditation app stuff, real practical things.
Been there brother. When work stress is eating you alive, your kids get the worst version of you. Take a breath, apologize to your kid, and try to compartmentalize before you walk through that door. Easier said than done but it helps.
