Stress level at all time high, what gives
Work is insane right now, understaffed, deadlines moved up, and I feel like I'm drowning. Come home and kids need homework help, wife needs me to handle dinner, house is a mess. Literally haven't worked out in 3 weeks or seen my friends. Just existing in a constant state of stress. Anyone else in this cycle and actually found something that helped or is this just dad life now.
I feel this man. Understaffed and impossible deadlines is the worst combo. You need to find something to decompress when you get home or it'll eat you alive. For me it's even just 20 minutes of not thinking about work.
