Stress levels are through the roof lately
Work is insane right now, there's been layoffs, everyone is doing the work of two people. Come home and kids need homework help, dinner prep, bedtime routines. Haven't slept well in weeks. Snapped at my 9 year old yesterday over nothing and felt like garbage about it. I know this is temporary but how do you guys manage stress so it doesn't spill over onto your family?
Man, the layoffs thing hits different. I've been there and it's brutal watching everyone scramble like that. The stress you're carrying from work doesn't just stay at work either - it follows you home. Are you getting any time to decompress or is it just nonstop?
