Stress levels are through the roof right now
Work is absolutely insane this quarter, like 12 hour days minimum. Trying not to bring that home but my patience with the kids is shot by the time I get there. Snapped at my daughter over homework yesterday for no reason and felt terrible. My wife's stressed because I'm stressed. The whole house is just tense. Trying to remind myself this is temporary but man it's hard to be present when your brain is still at the office. Anyone got tips for actually leaving work at work?
Man I feel this. When work gets like that the stress just follows you home and suddenly you're snapping at the kids over nothing. Have you talked to your boss about the hours?
